A Little Bit About Us
Autopilot Services runs the back office for owner-operated businesses across the Midwest: contractors, haulers, farms and family shops. The team keeps books current, runs payroll, and handles filings, so owners can get back to the work they actually do. You will work directly with those owners and with a small team that knows every client by name.

- Communicate with clients to clarify missing or incomplete information.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records throughout the onboarding process.

- Experience working with accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with business owners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and follow up appropriately.
What Winning Looks Like
How you and the team will know the role is working.
A new client's onboarding runs start to finish without the owner having to chase it.
Every required form and document is complete, accurate and filed where the team can find it.
